Inspired by opera singer, Maria Callas, Fratelli Branca Distillerie S.r.l, created Brancamenta in the 1960’s, a period characterized by major changes, economic boom, joy of life and desires of novelty in tastes and flavors. Fratelli Branca Distilleries creation of Brancamenta was driven by the eras great desire for novelty. It continues to surprise its consumers and admirers with the "thrill of intense pleasure.” Its formula, composed of herbs and spices, is enriched with Piedmontese peppermint, one of the most precious essential oils in the world.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy Brancamenta as an aperitif or after a meal chilled or over 2-3 ice cubes. This icy favorite is often enjoyed during the colder months as a seasonal treat or after winter sports games. ‍

Italian Mojito

1 oz. Brancamenta
6 Mint Leaves
4 Lime Wedges
1 Barspoon of Sugar
2 oz. Sparkling Lemon Soda

Muddle lime, mint, and sugar in a Collins glass. 
Fill up the glass with crushed ice and soda.
Add Brancamenta.
Mix it gently from bottom to top. 
Garnish with mint spring.


Brancamenta Colada

1 ½ oz. Brancamenta
½ oz. Lemon Juice 
½ oz. Honey Syrup
1 oz. Green Tea
10 Mint Leaves

Combine all wet ingredients and mint in a shaker tin.
Shake and strain over crushed ice in a Double Old Fashioned glass. 
Garnish with a mint spring.
