Produced from carefully selected high-quality distillates, Candolini broadens its presence on the market by launching single-varietal variants, with quality distillates originating from a single vine.
"Candolini Bianca" possesses a balanced yet delicate aroma and taste. Produced with carefully selected distillates, it is a fresh Grappa, ideal to end meals with.
"Candolini Ruta" has a delicate and harmonious scent and taste, thanks to the very fine infusion of fresh rue. Serve in tulip-shaped glasses at a temperature between 50° and 60 °F. Perfect after a meal.
Although Candolini is ideal to end a meal with, it also makes for an elegant cocktail.
1 ½ oz. Candolini Bianca
½ oz. Brown Sugar Syrup
In a tumbler, muddle ½ chopped lime and ½ oz. brown sugar syrup.
Fill the glass with ice, preferably crushed, and pour 1 ½ oz. Candolini Bianca.
Stir gently from the bottom up.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
